Delete my data

You can delete some of your Wenly data without deleting your account, at any time.

This page explains how to do it from the app, and how to request deletion of other data by e-mail.

How to delete your cycle data

In the Wenly app, follow this path:

  1. Profile
  2. Privacy
  3. Withdraw consent to cycle tracking

Withdrawal is immediate: it stops cycle tracking and deletes the health data associated with your account, without deleting the account itself.

Delete other data without deleting your account

You can request the deletion of specific data tied to your account (notes, Bucket List, profile photo) without deleting the account, by exercising your right to erasure.

Write to us at contact@wenly.fr, specifying which data is concerned. We may ask for proof of identity where we have reasonable doubt as to the identity of the requester. We respond within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests.

What is kept despite deletion

Billing data is retained for 10 years under our accounting and tax obligations.

Data strictly necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims is retained until the applicable limitation periods expire.
